Tim Burton is an American film director, producer, artist, writer, and animator.
Tim Burton would be considered as an auteur because his films all have a similar aspect to them. He is known for his dark, gothic, macabre, and quirky horror and fantasy films.

He has also worked with musician Danny Elfman, who has composed scores for all but two of the films Burton has directed. Actress Helena Bonham Carter, Burton's former domestic partner, has appeared in many of his films.

Tim Burton says that he was influenced by the works of such childhood heroes as Dr. Seuss and Roald Dahl.
As a student in CalArts, Burton made the shorts Stalk of the Celery Monster and King and Octopus. He graduated in 1979. Stalk of the Celery Monster attracted the attention of Walt Disney Productions' animation department, which offered Burton an animator's apprenticeship at the studio. He worked as an animator, storyboard artist and concept artist on films such as The Fox and the Hound (1981), The Black Cauldron and Tron.[7] However, Burton's personal style clashed with Disney's standards, and he longed to work on solo projects.
Tim Burton uses the same types of colours for all of his films. He uses a lot of dark colours such as blacks, greys, reds, and other dull colours. However, he does use brighter colours but darker colours are one of his signature things.

Charlie and the chocolate factory:
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (2005) is an adaptation of the book of the same name by Roald Dahl. Starring Johnny Depp as Willy Wonka, Freddie Highmore as Charlie Bucket and Helena Bonham Carter as Mrs. Bucket, the film generally took a more faithful approach to the source material than the 1971 adaptation, Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory, although some liberties were taken, such as adding Wonka's issue with his father (played by Christopher Lee). Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’ was later nominated for the Academy Award for Best Costume Design. The film made over $207 million domestically. Filming proved difficult as Burton, Depp, and Danny Elfman had to work on this and Burton's Corpse Bride at the same time.
This film might be one of the only films that he has done with the most colours, even though there is a section when he has flashbacks to his childhood and those scenes are in grey dull tonal colours.

HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE WORK - DENISE

Improvements:

M2: Review strategies used in health and social care environments to overcome barriers to effective communication and interpersonal interactions.

Room Size:

There are many positives of changing the room size to fit the service user’s needs. One positive is that it will make them feel more comfortable and so that they can feel more at ease to talk about their problems. This will be a good thing to do because it will not only benefit the service user but also the therapist.

Also, there are some negatives to changing the room size. One negative is; even if you do change the room, it still might not be the appropriate room for them so it could make them even worse or more uncomfortable, also the previous room may be warm but when you move, it might not have the same atmosphere the first room had. Another negative could be that the room that you are changing to may be cluttered and it could make the patient feel enclosed in the space. So, to ensure that the patient feels most comfortable, the therapist needs to clear out the room and put the clutter into a storage cupboard so that the room has the right comfortable in it for the patient.

Cultural Differences:

The advantages of cultural differences in health and social settings are; it involves different people who have similarities and differences in relation to nationality, race, colour, gender, religion or age, in other words, and wide range of culture throughout people from diverse backgrounds. Organisational behaviour relates to the nature of interactions among people and groups within an organisation. The positive influence of cultural diversity encourages the organisational staff to build relationships and be aware of each other regardless of their differences of origin and background.

The disadvantages of cultural differences in health and social settings are that diversity is generally seen as a positive for companies that manage it effectively. There are barriers that aren’t visible such as communication issues which could be cause by the differences in ethnicity, race, religion, gender and other individual qualities that can produce negative effects, particularly if they are not well-managed. The negative effects of diversity are preventable if the organisation doesn’t support tolerance and acceptance of differences.
