Title:
The title of my film will be 'Revenge'

Synopsis:

My film will be about a man who is set on getting back at everyone who did something to him while he was in high school. While in high school John Matthews wasn't like the other kids in his classes, he was always the one to sit at the front of his classes and answer every question that got asked. This then led to him getting bullied by the kids that would call him the teacher’s pet and all sorts of other names. There was a particular group of students that would wait for him outside his classes and outside the school when it had finished to do mean things to him, which would then make him go home crying and with all sorts of bruises.  After a year, his parents decided to move him out of that school and to another one where he was treated better and made more friends than he did at his last school. He was much happier. After he had finished high school, and went off to college , he swore to himself that he get revenge on all the people that did him wrong; and that's exactly what he did. 

The main character will be called John Matthews, who is 21 and has just started university after taking a gap year. He was a bit of a nerd and a little fat, from the comfort eating when he was in high school, which led to him being bullied, but he came over that and had since then transforms his body into a nicely toned muscled body. 

the genre of my film will a drama film. This is very popular these days when it comes to what is on TV and in the cinema.

Technical Constraints:
If i won't be able to use one of the colleges cameras to do my filming I will have to find someone who has one and isn't using and use that one. Also, if I am unable to make the deadline, I will make sure that I speak to the teacher to get an extended due date, and I will have to work hard to try and meet the deadline.

I've decided that i would go for the silver package I thought that it was more achievable with my product.

Summary of Potential Audience:
Target Audience: this product is going to targeted to all genders aged 12 - 20, with the interest of getting a good nights sleep and like to have an alarm to wake up when needed. I think it should be shown often when it first gets released so that people know about it and get it for themselves.

Legal and Ethical Issues:
In my advert there may be some legal and ethical issues that may occur. For example, in section 3 - misleading advertising. this could happen if I was to advertise on the TV saying that the app is free, but when people go to buy it, it says something like £1.99 to pay.
